A platform that digitises the entire trading, repair and rescue operation for tractor-trailer trucks: vehicle management, workshop job orders and real-time field-rescue dispatch across key routes in southern Vietnam.
The problem
Operations were spread across many tasks — vehicle sales, repair, rescue, parts and title transfers — but recorded manually. Repair progress was hard to track, quotes lacked transparency, and emergency rescue relied on phone calls, making location slow to pin down and response times hard to commit to.
